All inspections are carried out carefully and in line with current regulations. I provide clear reports that explain the condition of the electrics, highlight any issues found and outline what action may be needed.

FAQ
How long does electrical work usually take?
This depends on the type of work and the condition of the existing electrics. Smaller jobs may be completed the same day, while larger or more involved work can take longer. I’ll always give you an idea of timescales before starting.
Will my power need to be switched off?
For some jobs, yes. If the power needs to be turned off, I’ll let you know in advance and keep disruption to a minimum.
Do you provide certification once the work is complete?
Yes. Where required, all work is tested and certified in line with current regulations, and paperwork is provided once the job is finished.
Do you carry out work for landlords and businesses?
Yes. I work with homeowners, landlords and commercial clients, carrying out both one-off jobs and ongoing electrical work.
